Heather Peacock, PharmD, BCSCP
Vice President and General Manager
Heather is a pharmacist with 15 years of experience, including 13 in home infusion, and is a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. She now oversees operations at both Big Sky IV Care and Big Sky Specialty Compounding and is driven to deliver exceptional care for Montana patients.
Margie Smith, RN
Director of Nursing
Margie brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and has been with Big Sky IV Care since the beginning. With a background in pediatrics and extensive home infusion experience, she is known for warmth, skill, and a patient-first approach.
Kim Daly, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy
Kim began with Big Sky IV Care as a pharmacy student and is a graduate of the University of Montana. Now Pharmacist in Charge and Director of Pharmacy, she has a special interest in IV nutrition and collaborates closely with the dietician to optimize TPN formulas.
Kelly Lee
Revenue Cycle Management Lead
Kelly has 23 years of home infusion billing experience and 15 years with Big Sky IV Care. She is known for accuracy, patient advocacy, and skillful navigation of copay assistance and payer processes to support the best possible outcomes.
