Big Sky IV is the best infusion facility I've ever been to. Having had a chronic health condition that requires infusions regularly I have experienced a variety of infusion settings and while some have been great, Big Sky IV goes above and beyond to be the best. Compared to Logan Health where you are in an open room with many other patients and they get to you when they get to you, you are treated like a number there, and at Big Sky IV your care and comfort is a priority to them. While I may be on infusions for the rest of my life, and I can't change that, I do know that I am well taken care of and feel comfortable and at ease at their facility. It's like a 45-60 minute break for me every 2 months, getting my infusion, having a comfy massage chair and a cozy fireplace, in a private room. I can't say enough good things about Big Sky IV. Blessed to have them as an option in our area.

Today was my first visit at Big Sky I.V. and the experience has been so easy and comfortable. The billing department went above and beyond to follow up with insurance and doctor referrals to ensure I had no stress at the time of appointment. Both nurse Kim and the pharmacist explained the process in depth and made the experience comfortable. So grateful for this team.

In my opinion there is only one place to get an infusion and it's Big Sky IV.
The new location is modern and welcoming. The rooms have verrrrry comfy patient chairs (Thanks Dave!!!), electric fireplaces and privacy.
The coordinators and billing departments are beyond helpful in navigating the many frustrations involved with insurance authorizations.
Come in as a patient. Leave as a friend.

Staff is amazing and very helpful. The facility allow for a private space during infusion that helps to calm a tough situation. So grateful for beautiful place.
